We’re searching for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Dispatcher to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our field technicians — making sure the right person is at the right place at the right time, every time.

This role is more than scheduling — it’s about orchestrating service delivery, ensuring urgent issues are handled swiftly, technicians are supported, and customers receive the essential plumbing solutions they depend on.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimise daily scheduling and dispatching of service technicians
• Prioritise jobs based on urgency, technician skillset, and service goals
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure they’re informed, safe, and productive
• Track real-time job progress and adapt schedules to changes in the field
• Keep customers updated with accurate ETAs and progress updates — always delivering a friendly, professional experience
• Participate in regular training to sharpen your dispatching skills and support continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination — ideally in trades or fast-paced field service
• Strong communication skills — you stay calm, clear, and professional under pressure

We’re on the hunt for a Reline + Drainage Technician to join our growing team. This is hands-on, specialised work — restoring flow with trenchless tech, inspecting underground pipework, and tackling the occasional dig.

From CCTV inspections and jetting to resin mixing and relining, no two days are the same. If you’re a qualified reliner or have 1–2 years experience in plumbing, drainage, or civil and know your way around drainage plans and pipe layouts, you’ll hit the ground running.

Still learning? For the right fit, we’ll train you up and get you patching like a pro.
